Fudge in a Bag

The rec center here in Greybull has lot's of fun days for kids to do. This day was fudge in a bag the girls really enjoyed it. Dakota was so cute to watch as she danced around shaking her bag. Cloe really enjoyed being with friends.

Quote of the day

Three beautiful little girls for a great dad to be proud of. Happy father's day Brent.
Brent comes out and shows me his gut and says, "I'm getting fat hunny." Cloe says "don't get flat Daddy." Daddy said, "I need to work out so Im not fat but flat."

Pool Prize

At the end of everyday if the girls have not had accidents and have helped clean up toys and have been good they get a sticker. When their sticker chart is filled they get to pick a prize. Dakota picked this pool, they loved it put after the first time the seam burst out so I'm going to try and get a new one. Other defective products as of late are:
My lenses on my glasses and my new phone are in replacement mode.

Summer Foods

Dakota has a, "let me try every one kind of attitude lately." So not only was it the spoons is was the watermelon too. If you look closely you can see each little dakota bite out of the watermelon. I caught her before she got to the last few.
Summer foods are so fun and yummy!

Craft and Hair

The Girls made foam spring scenes. We also wanted princess crowns for hairdo's so I do my best to figure out what is the best princess crown. Also, Dakota did not want her picture taken, so we got her hair do and craft and not her.
Dakota was helping me empty the dishwasher the other day and as she was putting the spoons away she was licking every one. Beware of spoons! :)

Jogger Ready

Paige she is just such a cutie. She is now laughing. I love it so much. The first time she laughed out loud was when I was talking to her and I laughed at myself and she copied me. It was too cute. Previously she would do silent giggles and smiles in tiredness. Which was also really fun to watch. Now she also giggles when I'm dressing her, it's a total surprise I go to take her onesie off and she's just giggling away. Dakota's first laugh was during changing times so it also reminds me of Dakota's first giggles.

Face Paint

The Girls wanted their faces painted so I did my rendition of a butterfly. We had fun with it, but there are still traces of the paint left on their faces.

Cloe Did It

Exhibit 1: Jar of Peanut Butter with butter knife and empty bread bag with no mess. This was Cloe's first time attempting and making her own peanut butter sandwich. I was in a rush to get kids in from church they were all hungry and tired. Dakota was asleep already from the ride home so I rushed her to her bed and Paige was crying like she was starving in her seat but Cloe was hungry too. So , I hurried and made her a peanut butter sandwich and then went to feed Paige. When Cloe finished her sandwich she was still hungry and that's when we discovered that she could make her own. I should have asked her to make me one. :)
Exhibit 2: Cloe very proud of her hard work.
(I love it when Cloe says, "This is hard work mom.")Exhibit 3: Cloe's Artwork. The first is her Alphabet, she was so excited when she drew it and came over and asked to sign the ABC's with me. She has also colored, painted, and drew people, one is of her and daddy. She also likes to draw the rest of the family and her friends.

I feel...

Sometimes I feel... So Happy that I can't contain it...
like I have to grin and bear it..like you better back off or your going to get it...
that I could love em to death...
so frustrated that I want to cry for hours...
like taking a load off and relaxing...
and truly blessed.
