 But unfortunately one of the cats is missing and has been for about a month.  It's Kota's cat lighting!  We decided to give her a funeral.  Kota led a prossesion and she had a vale on and she wrote a beautiful speech about all the fun things she did with lightning and activities that lightning liked to do like play in holes and playing dead and following her all the time especially on walks.  Then she made a cake for the funeral she was in charge of the whole funeral including the cake making, she made a jello poke cake and decorated it with Lightning and the words "I love you."  She was so cute, she said, " thanks for letting me be in charge mom."   The missionaries shared dinner and cake with us.  Then we cut some flowers and made a grave site by Austin (the other dead cat) and put flowers on them and sang a song and said goodbye to the cat, our loved, Lightning.

Their off, kinda sad that paige starts kindergarten today! I'm going to miss all our alone time, but I'm so happy for her she was super ready!

Kota's first day of 2nd grade, she had friends and already has a "girls group."

First day of school!  Cloe's first day of third grade!  Unfortunately she had to use the restroom really bad right after school and I some how missed her single picture!

So Cloe on her 2nd day of 3rd grade!  Her first year in the big kids wing and big kids playground!  She is getting so grown up I just can't believe how mature she looks!  She said she had a good day, most of her friends are in another class but she got to play with them at recess!  She lives her teacher and is doing fun things with her already!

We just had a blast what a fun last thing to do before school starts!! Kota and Paige's first time ever in an airplane!  And the rest of ours first time in a small private plane it was a lot of fun!  I wasn't going to go and got talked into it.  Bristol stayed on the ground.  I only got a little sick!  The girls loved it I'm surprised they weren't very scared, like their mom ;)  we got to fly over our house and devils kitchen he took Brent's crew on zero gravity for awhile and he took us from almost 20ft off the ground to a 500 ft drop.  What a need experience I'm glad I didn't pass!  This was one if the things the girls wanted to do this summer I told them it probably wouldn't happen but then Brent thought of a man in our ward that flies and he was happy to do it for them!!  Thanks to Eric for a great morning!

Casey Camping

We went up camping for a night with Brent's family and had a good time hanging out with family laughing, sharing stories, singing songs, playing games, hiking...etc.  Brent, his dad, Steve, and Brice went down trapper fishing.  They caught us some big fish for dinner and had some good brother father bonding time!  We even got to have Brice and Shauna and Cameron stay at the house for an extra night we felt spoiled.  It's been so nice to see them so much this year!

Fhe update: a couple families and us met at the park played ultimate frisbee and had a quick lesson and cookies! Fun night with friends!

She was very excited try try it but not quite sure how to eat, her tongue moving around and pushing the rice cereal back out!

The funniest part was that all the sisters were so excited and taking pictures and videos and crowding around, it felt like a zoo exhibit.

The second time she was holding the spoon and pushing it into her mouth already wanting to do things for herself!

She was watching baby faces on the iPad, listening to classical music, and playing with the keyboard! Multi talented little girl here! Once again I couldn't resist picturing all her fun faces!

We had a great family vacation this year! :) paint rock lakes!  Brent's birthday! I forgot the candles so we used matches for the candles.  We went out on the flat bottom boat, the kids caught tons a good sized fish! But Bart beat everyone out for the biggest fish!  We went in a hike and sang campfire songs and played charades!  Love my family!!
