Hannah Montana Guitar

One day at the store Cloe said that she really wanted this Hannah Montana Guitar and I told her that if she saved her money for it that we would pay for half of it. I was half way thinking that she would loose interest and forget about it and if was really important to her then she would save her money for it. So for about a year she saved her money and each time she put money into her piggy bank she would talk about her Hannah Montana Guitar. So when her birthday came she finally had enough money to get her Guitar. We went to Pamida to get it and they didn't have anymore so I asked an associate and he said they were in the back because they were on clearance and they didn't want to sell any clearance stuff before christmas, he asked if we could buy it and we got permission to get it and it was half off the original so cloe didn't even have to spend all her money. She's really excited and I've been remember how to tune and trying to teach her what I remember but I think I'm going to have to get her lessons.

Halloween fun!

Paige was a butterfly, a very cute butterfly. She kept going up to people and putting her basket up for candy once she got the hang of it and even if they weren't passing out candy.
Cloe was an Elephant and Dakota was a nice witch. We went to the trunk or treat at the church. We went to the harvast party at the rec center.

We did carve pumpkins it was fun and since we did four pumpkins we had tons of seeds to cook this year. I had fun helping the girls creat their faces for the pumpkin and Dad cut them and I fortuneatly didn't have to get very gooey this year.

And Halloween night we hung out at home and the girls helped pass out candy it was fun they kept saying, "more customers."

Joy at home

Brent cooking and helping out at home is joyful.
Being home with these three beautiful girls is joyful.

Flowers at home is joyful expecially when they are from someone who loves you.

I Can, Cause I'm Five

Cloe's Princess Cake, five candles, five hearts, and five princesses.
Her princess cupcakes that she got to bring to school this year, she was very excited about.

When she was helping she just kept saying, "I love helping Momma."
She blew out the candles and got to open presents and eat pink cake with pink sherbet. That weekend we went to billings and we went to Burger King and to Build a Bear for her birthday. Now she just keeps saying I can mom I'm five now.

1st Day of Preschool

Look at my Grasshopper mom! She is such a fun girl. She is really upset that Cloe has been leaving to go to preschool. She is also in Dance and is such a great dancer she remembers the steps and does them at home by herself is is soooo cute. She is also coming up with really funny things to say I wish I could think of one right now.
" I can do it myself and please let me do everything that I want. Or I'll scream untill your ear drum breaks." Paige is saying words like "ma", "da da", "Mo"(more)."

Cloe just started Preschool, Soccer, and Dance. It has been pretty busy around here lately but also a lot of fun with all of the activities. I forgot how much I loved being busy. Cloe's favorite thing that she did on the first day of school was, "I got to paint my hand!" She was nervous about people seeing her glasses and I asked her, "because you think they might make fun of you?" and she said, "No, I'm nervous they will all say how cute they are." So funny!

Face Lifts

Cloe has had a ton of things going on this summer. The final thing was her glasses. We went in to have her free screening done at the Children's Resource Center and they said We had to fail her on the vision portion because she just didn't get one right. So we took her to the eye doctor and sure enough she is near sighted. It is really nice to have her sitting on the couch with us when we watch TV, no wonder why she didn't want to before she couldn't see. When we went in to pick out her glasses she knew exactly which ones she wanted she tried on about two and she said yes to those and went right back to them when she was done trying on glasses. After she got the glasses we went to the grocery store and she was just looking around at everything like she had never seen it before. She really hadn't seen it that way before.
The second face lift of the post is the porch this is before we painted the floor I didn't get a before of the rails we just painted the white too.

Summer is ending and here's how...

We had a Casey Family Reunion I took pictures from Ruth's blog (Thanks :). It was a fun camping trip up the wind river mountains. This Is Brent with his brothers and parents, what a good lookin' bunch. We went fishing and out on the flat bottom boat and did fun games, and the kids had a tree mailbox and a tree fairy leaving them notes and goodies that was fun! But the best part is getting to see everybody.
I love this photo that Cloe took of Dakota's first flower with the bug, great eye, although I think the bug was an accident. Also, look at their flower pots, it's been fun seeing them grow. I love Cloe's pot with the tall sunflower growing out of the center.
My sister LeeAnn and her Fiance Grivin (pronounced Drivin) came to see us and we went up to shell falls and enjoyed visiting with them.
I just think they are such a cute couple, how exciting! I think they look a lot alike but others just don't see it, at least they are a lot alike in countenance, give me that one. :)
We also went boating with our friends the Jensen's. What a blast and such a great family!
