First day of school

Cloe starts 2nd grade, Dakota starts 1st grade and mom started and worked at the middle school helping a para for the first couples this of school so Paige's first day at Mindy's daycare.  

I must say that dropping off Paige was quit dramatic. Tears and kicking and screaming and pulling at the door as I tried to escape. Guilt filled day and then when I returned she had a great day as mindy's helper and even got cookies.  :) kids!

We moved

Before school got out we were able to move into our new home, and we are feeling settled more and more everyday!  We love our home the first house Brent and I bought and we feel like it was meant just for us.  We have almost a couple acres and a beautiful view!  We have a lot more living space.  And since we wanted to ward off mice we got some kittens who needed a lot care we ha four but Austin didn't make it so now we have three each of the girls have their own!! We've done some things to make it out own including painting out mailbox, wyoming cowboy decals to come. :)

I've subbed a lot to start the school year! Paige only had to go to daycare half a day for 9 days so things worked out pretty well there, the girls like their teachers this year I can't believe Cloe is in 2nd grade and Kota is a 1st grader paige cries every time they get on the bus and keeps telling her preschool teachers that she won't be back because she is going to kindergarten soon! ;)

Summers end!

So the end of summer was pretty busy...

Casey family reunion in green river was a blast!  Jet ski's at flaming gorge, floating the river, the fair (rides with the kids, and Phil Vaser concert for adults). What a great time.  Brent's birthday with dirt cake and fun gifts like, whoopee cushion and handcuffs.  Thanks to Darren and Brenda for planning a great family reunion.  It was also fun to hear about Brent's parents meeting.  And have s'mores an hang out!  Great time!

I was worried about paige but she was loving laughing and giggling the whole time...but Cloe looked like she might throw up and was really scared. :)

Then off to Colorado for my cousins wedding... Leeann and Girvin came down too!  The girls and I drove down with grandma nessi, I picked up Kota and paige who spent four days with grandma Casey and then Cloe who spent the time with grandma Nessi, the girls had fun and I got some packing done and scrapbooking too!  

We went to the pirates cove water park... It was packed but fun!!

The wedding was really pretty and very nice!  The girls loved "the marry girl" it sure was great to see everyone!  Fun Long trip!!

Camping

Our family camp trip turned out nice!  The girls Brent and I got the flat bottom boat out and fished and rowed and rowed and rowed.  We didn't catch anything but we had fun out on the water.  We also had a blast with the girls we had a nice camp fire and played charades they were so fun to watch.  We just had a great time together!

Matt, Holly, baby Liam, and Pop came up to see us at camp.  We enjoyed a nice lunch and then we cleaned up to head down to the lake and fish.  The minute we cleaned up it started raining very hard and then we were going to try and wait it out but then is started hailing hard.  This is the third time this summer it's hailed and all three times we were trying to go fishing.  That was a bummer.  The first time it hailed when we were out fishing all the girls had caught one but Cloe so dad stayed out with her for awhile and then it started lightning and thunder and hail, and they headed back without a fish.  But she made up for it in Texas. 

We then headed down to buffalo and went to the park and ate dinner to hang out with them more!  Buffalo had this really awesome park and the biggest pool I'd ever seen and it was free!  We'll have to go back!  It was so great to meet baby Liam, and Brent got to meet Matt it was a great camping/buffalo experience!

We went to the fair in Powell.  We went over there for eye doctor appointments and the fair was barely starting so we got to see animals and walk around it was really fun to spend the day with my girls.  I love how brave they were with the snake!  Great day!

Random summer pics

Brent's new calling as ward mission leader means we get to have a lot more fun with the elders!

Cloe had a blast in summer school this year.  This is her and her friend Caroline on the bus ride home after a field trip.  They had one every Friday, how fun! Museums, fossil hunts, and Pepsi plant and the airport!  Dakota and Paige got to do swim lessons.  They are both just little fish.  Paige swam without any help. :) yeah!

Officer Armstrong always has fun with my girls when they're around and they love his dogs.  His drug dog Santana and his two Saint Bernards too.  He's sporting Dakota's hat in this picture.

We have started having the girls pick up dog poop whenever they give us the "poopy lip" Paige has been doing it quite a bit! :) at least she is doing it in style!

Paige also took a Little Scientist class and made this flour puff paint picture.  And they did egg projects.  They dropped the bag with an egg in it and stuffed it with feathers and stuff to see if it would still break and it did! :) it was fun though!

Dakota got to go to the fair with a friend and they got her a cool hat, she loved it!  

Cloe is spending the week with Grandma Nessi and Dakota and Paige are staying with Grandma and Grandpa Casey.  I'm at home packing hoping to get ready to move to our first house.  More on that later.
