Popsicles

Thus far this summer we have been busy....
1.) Having fun at the Ward Dinner (Thanks to Sister Nelson for the Photos and the fun night.)

I'm so glad I wasn't visible for this one. Sorry brent :)

2.) Enjoying summer foods such as these popsicles, a wonderful treat for the outdoors at our house.

3.) Taking a Day trip to Casper to meet LeeAnn Boyfriend. They are really cute together. So similar.

4.) Having a Garage Sale. I made about $100 not to bad but I'm not sure that is completely made up for all the tears from the baby things being sold. Brent's comfort was, "Don't worry if we have another baby I'll buy you an even better one." Thanks hunny. :)

5.)Taking Walks and riding bikes except I blew out my tires on some goat heads and I need new tubes now, seriously where did the end of the pavement come from.

6.) Playing at the park. We were able to go with the sanderson's one evening. We also got to enjoy a visit from Uncle Steve and Aunt Ruth that is always a good time.

7.) Enjoyed the Greybull Parade and a Visit from Grandma Nessi. The people next to us said that watching Paige Dance was their favorite part of the Parade. It was pretty cute she sure knows how to groove.

8.) Swimming Lessons! The Greybull pool is currently closed down so we took the kids to Basin for lessons and the first whole week all Paige wanted to do was cling to me but the second week she was all over the place she almost passed guppies her first go. The other two passed to Jellyfish. Kota was quite the handful she didn't want to get in the water with her teacher so the minute he turned his back she would jump in. She wanted to do everything herself, this isn't new for her. Cloe was diving in and getting things off of the bottom of the pool, she seemed like she was listening to her teacher pretty well until I overheard... her teacher say, "Now let's swim over there." Cloe says, "No, I think I'll just walk." In the sweetest voice. I hope next year goes better, let's just put it that way. :)

Pageant Queens

(I love this picture and the crooked smile reminds me of the Rugrats.)

We decided to put on a beauty pageant and the girls and I had a lot of fun dressing up putting on make up and practicing for Dad. We even had a runway and crowns for all of them as winners. All the girls did a great job with their dance for the talent portion but I was most surprised with Paige she just kept dancing and dancing and didn't want to stop. Paige loves to get dressed and put the necklaces on and off. She tries to dress herself every morning and loves going through the laundry to put all the clothes over her head. So Cute! Dad was a great audience for our show.

My Birthday!

I really had a great birthday. Brent got me a cake which is the first one he has ever got me and I was surprised how happy that made me and it's funny because I don't necessarily love cake(Chocolate cake is yummy) but it felt great to have a cake and blow out a candle and they got me a few gifts. Brent got me this table cloth and some goodies for the kithen with the girls and I got many great birthday wishes, but it was funny because my phone turned off because I was out of battery and I got a phone call from my dad in the morning but the rest of the day I didn't get any calls I was a bit curious as to why until I checked my phone late at night and found my messages. It was a good day!
I have made a new blog about me dealing with Anxiety and lessons I'm learning check it out. www.fromanxioustoeased.blogspot.com

Mothers Day!

This is the Jewlery Box that Brent got for me for Mother's Day and for my Birthday. I love it, I've been really needing a place for my Necklaces. The thing that I like the best about it though was all the time that Brent spent on finding me the Perfect one. It really means a lot to me.

These are the Flower pots that the girls made for me for mothers day at story time. It was really fun for them to see their grass grow. And they also get "hair cuts" which was a lot of fun.

Flowers

So I was a little early on the summer call it was just so exciting to have such nice weather. And also we were a little early in planting our gardens, I just hope they make it we did get them covered when the frost came but they still look like they are wilting. And the learning continues.
Dakota's Garden Journal. The Journal was to show where they wanted to plant the seeds and next we will predict what they will look like when they grow.

Cloe's Garden Journal, they planted flower boxes and we do have some flowers started. We brought the boxes in so hopefully the frost won't kill them.

There are some green specks in there where the flowers have started you might have to look carefully.
We were learning the Letter V so we did Vase and made paper flowers for the vases and they got to make them however they wanted.
