Yeah!!

We had our friends the Opps over for the Super Bowl. It was fun, and I'm really stocked that the Giants won, cuz I usually pick the team that loses. I also have to admit that I talked during most of the game, but the end was so fun to watch, some great plays by the Giants.

Okay, so also this weekend we got our taxes done, yeah!! Applications for jobs filed. And also some relaxing snuck in.

I finished Dakota's Book today!! It's about the 5 senses and it has a "bookmark" on it. I also bundled up the girls and took them to the park today, but we didn't stay long becuase their cheeks were getting really red.

FHE: We talked about the story of Joseph Smith and Quized Cloe on The Picture of Joseph and what religion she is. We said can you say "LDS" and she said yeah, okay say L she said "O" we said say D she said "P" it was fun. We played Duck Duck goose and had Cookies and Milk for Dessert. Oh and Brent made Dinner tonight it was a nice break. :)

Trish I copied your Valentine Pics because I notice one night that both my girls were wearing Valentine PJs. Of course, Right before bed was not the best time to be taking pictures, because they weren't so happy.

Happy Valentines!!

A:The rules of the game are posted at the beginning.
B: Each player answers the questions about themselves.
C: At the end of the post, the player then tags 5 people and posts their names, then goes to their blogs and leaves them a comment, letting them know that they have been tagged and asking them to read your blog.

What were you doing 10 years ago? I was a mia maid in the eighth grade and trying to figure out how to try and transform myself from a nerdy teenager into a young lady. Also, I was going to school with my present day husband, weird.

Go on vacation so many times and to so many places that I couldn't even count. Have my own special chef that makes anything I want. And go out to eat whenever I want. And I like michelle's idea to hire a maid, especially for dishes and bathrooms and maybe laundry.

5. I'm afriad of the dark, and I hate it when brent leaves me home alone with the kids, cuz I'm a little kid myself sometimes.

People I'm tagging:

First Hair Cut

Cloe has always played with her hair when she was sleepy, but now that she actually has hair she twirls her hair and very tight too. So, she got it so tight one night that the knot in her hair was so bad that I could not brush it out and by the end of the brushing it was hanging on by only a couple of hairs so I had to cut it out , and I thought that that would be a good time to cut her bangs. I know you are probablly thinking "A Hair Cut, but she Has no Hair." :) But I think it turned out good. Cloe is also being Potty trained, she wears big girls undies all day except for naps and bedtime. She still has accidents, but is doing pretty good. Course brent was not happy about the stinky accident that he cleaned up. :)

So, there may be a part of me that most of you don't know. Sometimes I over react in some situations especially when I've had the final straw. So, Brent accidentally bought the wrong book and He asked me to take it back and get the right book so I said ok. Well, the ladies told me that the last day to return books was the day before, (which was the day he bought the book, becasue we couldn't afford until then) Anyway, so as you could tell money is tight anyway, and basically the lady told me that I had to take the book that I had and buy a whole new book, and that I could not exchange it and that the two books were not the same price yadda yadda, in any case they were not nice at all. So, I was not nice and very rude in return. So brent got ahold of the Dean to try and get the book exchanged and apparently the ladies at the book store thought that I was going to hurt them and called the campus police on me. And the Dean told brent that they do do exchanges anyway, but because I overreacted they didn't want people to think they would get there way if they "threw a fit," so they had to talk about it and see what they were going to do. They finally called brent back and said that he could exchange the book but that I could not. So at least he's got the right book now.

Grandma Nessi came to visit. Brent went to Klondike with the boy scouts and fortunately did not freeze to death. The Allred's had us over for dinner sunday night and the opps came too. We had fun and so did the kids. When I told cloe we were going to go see friends Tate and she said, "tate!" and gretel, and then she said, "she Pushed me." It was pretty funny. I'm teaching her to say stop that I don't like that. She says I don't like that so cute. Of course brent likes to tell her to push back which is especially not good when she pushes her sister back. Dakota is a seven o'clock bed time girl, the whole time after seven o'clock at the Allred's she was fussy. She's standing and walking okay about seven steps on her own, but she pretty much just decides that crawling is faster especially when she's chasing her sister.

FHE: brent talked to us about the iron rod and following the light (repenting) to get back on to it. We played ring around the rosy and had muddy buddies.

Family Fun!!!

This weekend was freezing. Going to church in skirts is extra freezing. Brent was making fun of me because I was being such a wuss. I always like run as fast as I can without slipping to and from the car. And I even had a jacket on, normally I just say, "oh I'll be just fine." Can you imagine those pioneers having to cross the plains in such freezing weather and in dresses too. I can't even imagine. Okay anyway, the weather pretty much kept us indoors this weekend.

Moday night we had some fun course we talked about our savior's perfect example for us and also taught dakota to play patty-cake. Then the girls and I had fun doing daddy's hair, okay I probably had the most fun. :)

Brent will be embarrasssed about this one. :)

Yesterday I was also busy working on a present for Dakota's bday, and I'm doing a book of all my sisters letters home.

Cute Girls!!

I am just continually enjoying my girls every day. Sunday it seemed as if Cloe woke up and decided that she could talk. She would not stop talking and was even attempting lot's of sentences. Dakota has been copying my laugh and we just laugh back and forth at each other for awhile it pretty cute.

Cloe went to a birthday party on Saturday, all she could talk about for days was the cake. She loves the icing, it's not really the cake. She gets her finger out and takes it right of the cake and licks it, and then kind of picks at the cake and tries to get a whole other peice, for of course, more frosting.

Her great grandmother sent her $5.00 cash for her birthday, she was really excited when she got her card. She kept the money in her coat pocket for awhile and then I helped her pay her tithing save some and I let her pick something out at the store. She wanted some jewlery. She loves it and acting really lady-like, it's so cute. She also has this luch bag that she insisted was for church so we let her have some scriptures to carry to church, boy did she feel so good. She pretends that she's leaving and puts on her glasses, grabs her "scripture bag", her keys, and says, "bye bye, CO (dakota)" and blows tons of kisses. IT's super cute.

For FHE I did the Lesson. We talked about Nephi and how he obeyed his dad(the prophet) and how we should obey our parents too. :) Brent did a good activity that even Dakota tried :). We sat in a circle and he had us do things like clap, touch our toes, pull our ears, and of course brent would have us touch our butts. Then Cloe helped me make no bakes. Brent now has a night class on Monday's so FHE is really early. :) He actually has two, another one thursday night too. But he can work alittle more, and has some time with us during the day too.

A New Year!!

My new year's resolution is to wake up early before the girls do and get myself ready first. I think this one might take a lot of encouragement. :) Brent's is to work out. For the girls, Cloe is working on potty training, shapes, colors, numbers, ABCs, and talking. Dakota is working on walking (she has two steps on her own right now), body parts, animal sounds, songs, and both of them are learning to play together nicely. Our family is setting a goal to read scriptures every night before bed.

I've been busily getting myself organized for the new year. Like organizing my new planner, to do lists, files, family schedules, chore lists (for myself), and all that good stuff.

For FHE Brent gave a lesson on starting a new. He talked about forgetting past mistakes, learning and growing. Taking the new year as an opportunity to do that. I also love how he said, "and we don't have to say what they are." We also watched the videos we took of christmas and ate oreos, it was a good night. And the vidoes were fun to watch, it was amazing what I missed, and fun to see it.

And believe it or not I actually do not have any new pictures this week.

Holiday's

We went to Green river for christmas. We had fun, sledding, building snowmen, eating, opening presents, and all that fun holiday stuff :)

Brent and I went sking to celebrate our anniversary, which is today, we hope to go to a movie tonight, but we are still on the look for a sitter :) Three whole years, and believe it or not I love Brent more and more all the time.

Our whole family has been sick and I mean sick, throw up and the whole works. The only one who hasn't got it yet is Dakota. Thank goodness she's out of the loop on this one. We are slowly recovering. But that basicly was how we rung in the new year. Luckily new years eve no one was sick and we played games and had snack food with our friends the Opps, unfortunatly we did not make it to midnight, or fortunately.

We also are having fun with our christmas gift from Darren and Brenda. Check this out!!
